AI for Human Resources
Most “AI for HR” courses in Malaysia stop at prompting a single chatbot. This programme goes further in two ways: it’s multi-tool (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot each have different strengths — participants learn to choose the right one, not just one), and it’s agentic (Day 2 moves beyond typing prompts into building real automated workflows with Make.com — HR processes that run themselves, with human checkpoints where it matters).
• From single tool to right tool — compare ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot head-to-head on real HR tasks, and map which tool fits which job and which existing company license (Google Workspace vs Microsoft 365).
• From prompting to agentic AI — the shift from “ask AI once, get an answer” to “build a workflow where AI takes multi-step action”: screening resumes, routing queries, triggering follow-ups — using Make.com as the no-code orchestration layer connecting AI models to email, sheets, forms, and messaging apps.
• From generic use cases to Malaysian context — PDPA 2010, Employment Act 1955/2022 amendments, multiracial/multilingual workforce, EPF/SOCSO/HRDC compliance, and SME vs GLC vs MNC realities, including which AI vendor’s data terms actually matter for a Malaysian employer.
• From novelty to governance — every agentic workflow built in class comes with a human-in-theloop checkpoint and an audit trail discussion, because autonomous AI touching employee data is a PDPA question, not just a tech question.
• Differentiate and select suitable Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Copilot for common HR tasks.
• Apply Generative AI to HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle, engagement and people analytics.
• Build and test no-code agentic AI workflows using Make.com for selected HR processes, with appropriate human checkpoints.
• Apply basic AI governance considerations relating to employee/candidate data, PDPA, audit trails and human oversight in HR automation.
• HR generalists
• Human Resource Business Partners
• TA/recruitment leads
• L&D managers
• IR/ER practitioners
• Trainer-led presentation & demonstration – introduction to Generative AI, agentic AI and different AI tools.
• Hands-on practical exercises – participants practise AI applications using HR-related tasks and build workflows in Make.com.
• Case studies & group discussions – analyse HR scenarios involving recruitment, employee relations and AI governance.
• Group activities, workflow demos & peer feedback – participants develop, present and refine an agentic HR workflow with human-approval checkpoints
