ISO 9001:2015 – Understanding and Implementing the Requirements
The ISO 9001 Standard has been widely adopted International Standard for Quality Management System in the world. Implementing this quality management system helps organization to enhance customers’ satisfaction and also improve efficiency and effectiveness of resource utilization.
This course is designed to provide comprehensive understanding and interpreting the requirements clause by clause of the standard, identifying and managing risks associated as required by the requirements.
At the end of this program, participants should be able to;
1) Understand the structure and benefits of ISO 9001:2015 standard
2) Become aware on and able to interprets the requirements
3) Understand the needs to identify associated risks as required by the requirements
4) Implement the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 effectively
Employees responsible for developing, documenting, implementing and maintaining quality management system including senior managers, quality manager, quality management representative, executives, supervisors and staffs and appointed internal auditors.
